Argan Oil – Does it work? Is it a Fad?

Argan Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, so many oils. But what’s their origin, why are they so important in our lives. Not only for cooking, but also for our body, hair,  for everything. Argan Oil is one that claims to be beneficial for all parts of our body, and there are even cooking recipes based on it.

Oils are not a new thing, they has been used almost forever
